Abstract
Scopo di questo articolo (review articolo doi: https://doi.org/10.48274/IBI54) è fornire una nuova prospettiva sulla Teoria della Mente. Sappiamo che la teoria della mente (ToM), o mentalizzazione, è la capacità di attribuire stati mentali, come credenze, desideri, intenzioni ed emozioni, a sé stessi e agli altri, e di comprendere che tali stati possono essere diversi da quelli degli altri e dalla realtà. Questa abilità è fondamentale per le interazioni sociali, la comunicazione e la comprensione del comportamento umano. In questo contesto la ToM si arricchisce della Coscienza divenendo la Teoria della Mente Cosciente, fornendo indicazioni più precise su come vengono attribuiti gli stati mentali propri e degli altri e di come questa nuova visione possa essere di supporto concreto per migliorare la propria salute personale e per cambiare le relazioni sociali favorendo un Nuovo modo di vivere la vita.

Abstract
The purpose of this article (review article doi: https://doi.org/10.48274/IBI54) is to provide a new perspective on Theory of Mind. We know that Theory of Mind (ToM), or mentalization, is the ability to attribute mental states, such as beliefs, desires, intentions, and emotions, to oneself and others, and to understand that these states may differ from those of others and from reality. This ability is fun-damental to social interactions, communication, and understanding human behavior. In this context, ToM is enriched by Consciousness, becoming the Theory of Conscious Mind, providing more pre-cise indications on how one’s own and others’ mental states are attributed and how this new vision can be of concrete support in improving one’s personal health and changing social relationships, promoting a new way of living life.
